18 U.S.C. 2257 Statement

Every person appearing in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct published on ThickTOK was over the age of 18 at the time the depiction was created. There are no exceptions to this, and there is no content on the site that we cannot account for.

Records establishing the age and identity of every performer are held by the producer of each piece of content, in accordance with 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. Nothing is published on ThickTOKuntil those records have been provided to us and checked.

• A government-issued photo identification document for every performer, showing a date of birth.
• A signed release naming every performer, and covering publication on this site.
• A record linking each performer to each piece of content they appear in, and to any name or alias used.
• Written confirmation of consent to publish.

Content without a complete set of these records does not go live. This is not something we work around, and no commercial reason overrides it.

Requests from law enforcement, or from any party entitled to inspect these records, should be sent to the address below. We respond to them, and we will put you in contact with the custodian of records for the content concerned.

If you believe anyone shown on ThickTOK is under 18, tell us immediately. We remove the content, preserve the evidence, and report it to the relevant authorities. Nothing else in our queue comes before that.
