Community Guidelines

Some things get you removed immediately, permanently, and reported to the authorities where the law requires it. There is no warning, no appeal, and no second account.

• Anyone under 18, or anyone presented as being under 18. This includes content that is drawn, animated or generated. There is no version of this we tolerate.
• Content produced or shared without the consent of everyone in it. Revenge material, hidden cameras, leaks, and anything taken from someone in private.
• Sexual content involving coercion, incapacity, trafficking, or anyone who cannot consent.
• Real violence, animal abuse, or anything that causes genuine serious harm.
• Deepfakes and face swaps of real people who did not agree to it.

Every performer in every video here agreed to be filmed, and agreed to it being published. We hold records confirming that, and our 2257 statement explains how.

If content of you is on ThickTOK and you did not agree to it, tell us. We will take it down while we look into it, not after. That is what the Content Removal page is for, and it is the fastest route to a human.

• Harassment, threats, stalking, or targeting someone with abuse.
• Doxxing, or publishing anyone’s private information.
• Impersonating a creator, or claiming to be someone you are not.
• Content you do not have the rights to. If you did not make it and are not licensed to use it, it does not go up.
• Spam, scams, malware, phishing, and links to any of the above.
• Hate speech, or attacking people for who they are.
• Selling or promoting anything illegal.

Watch, like, save, and enjoy it. Do not rip content, do not try to get around the paywall, and do not redistribute anything you find here. Those all end an account, and where the loss is material, we will pursue it further.

Report anything that breaks these guidelines. There is a report control on every video. We read those reports, and reports about a minor or about consent go straight to the top of the queue.

You keep ownership of what you make. You confirm that you own or control the rights to it, that everyone in it is over 18, and that everyone in it agreed to it being published here. You provide the records that prove it before anything goes live.

You can ask us to remove your content at any time. We will do it, though we may have to keep records tied to a payment or a legal obligation.

Most breaches get a removal and a warning. Repeat breaches close the account. The lines at the top of this page close it immediately, and we cooperate fully with law enforcement on those.

If you think we got a decision wrong, reply to the email we sent you and a person will look at it again.
