Content Removal
Last updated 14 July 2026
If content of you is on ThickTOK and you did not agree to it being there, this page gets it removed. You do not need a lawyer, you do not need to prove ownership, and you do not need to explain yourself. Tell us, and we take it down.

Removal requests
We aim to remove reported content within 24 hours of receiving a request, and we remove it while we review, not afterwards.
Who this is for
Use this page if any of these apply:
- You appear in content on the site and you never agreed to it being published.
- You agreed once and you have changed your mind. You are allowed to.
- The content was taken in private, or shared by an ex-partner, or leaked.
- It is a deepfake or a face swap of you.
- Someone is impersonating you.
- You believe someone in the content is under 18.
If your issue is copyright, and you are the rights holder rather than the person shown, the DMCA page is the right route. If you are both, use this page. It is faster.
What to send us
Keep it simple. We need enough to find the content and to know the request is genuine:
- A link to the video, or a description of it if you cannot link to it.
- Which person in it is you.
- One line saying you did not consent to it being on the site.
- An email address we can reply to.
We may ask you to confirm your identity before we take a permanent decision. We only do that where it is genuinely necessary, we accept a redacted document, and we delete whatever you send once the request is closed. We will never ask you to send an intimate image to prove anything.
What happens next
- We remove the content from the site while we review it.
- We confirm receipt by email, normally within 24 hours.
- We review the request and any records we hold for that content.
- We write back and tell you the outcome.
- Where the content is confirmed as non-consensual, it stays down permanently and we block re-uploads of it.
If a report involves someone under 18, we remove the content, preserve the evidence, and report it to the relevant authorities. That is not a discretionary step for us.
Getting it off other sites too
If the content is on other platforms as well, StopNCII (stopncii.org) will create a digital fingerprint of it on your own device and share only that fingerprint with participating platforms, so they can block it without you having to send the image anywhere. Nothing about our process depends on you doing that, but it helps.
Abuse of this process
Filing a removal request in bad faith, or to take down someone else’s legitimate content, wastes the time of a queue that other people urgently need. We treat it seriously.
Contact
One address, monitored every day, and it goes straight to a person rather than into a ticket queue.
