Terms of Service

ThickTOK is an adult platform. You may only use it if you are at least 18 years old, and at least the age of majority in the place you are accessing it from. We may ask you to verify your age at any time, and we may refuse or withdraw access if we are not satisfied that you are old enough.

Creating an account for someone under 18, or helping someone under 18 access the site, ends your account permanently.

You sign in through Patreon. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your login details to yourself. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

One person, one account. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account to anyone else.

Paid tiers are billed by Patreon, not by us. Patreon takes the payment, holds your card details, and handles renewals. We never see your payment information.

• Memberships renew monthly until you cancel them.
• You cancel on Patreon, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• We do not give partial refunds for time you have not used.
• If a payment fails or is reversed, your access drops back to the free tier.
• If we change the price of a tier, we will tell you before it applies to you.

You may watch, like and save content for your own personal use. You may not:

• Download, record, rip, scrape, redistribute or resell any content from the site.
• Get around, disable or interfere with the paywall, encryption, or any other access control.
• Use bots, scripts or automated tools against the site, or fake engagement of any kind.
• Reverse engineer the service, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
• Upload or send anything illegal, or anything that breaks our Community Guidelines.

Paying for a membership buys you access while it lasts. It does not transfer any ownership of the content to you.

Content on ThickTOK belongs to us or to the people who licensed it to us, and it is protected by copyright. Everyone who appears in it was an adult at the time it was made, and consented to it. Age and identity records exist for all of it, and our 2257 statement explains how that works.

If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, our DMCA page tells you how to report it. If content of you is on the site and you did not consent to it being there, our Content Removal page is the fastest route, and we treat those reports as urgent.

You can stop using ThickTOK whenever you want, and cancel your membership on Patreon. We can suspend or close your account if you break these terms, and we will do it without notice where the breach is serious, for example anything involving a minor, non-consensual content, or an attempt to break the paywall.

If we close your account for a breach, you do not get a refund.

We work to keep ThickTOK available and working properly, but we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend or remove features, and we may remove content, at any time.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Carrying on using the site after that means you accept the new terms.

ThickTOK is operated from [COUNTRY]. These terms are governed by the law of [COUNTRY], and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Email is the way to reach us, and it reaches a person. We answer support, privacy, copyright and removal requests from the addresses listed on the relevant pages.
